About the Owner – La Vista Medina Stays

When I left London over twenty years ago and settled in Medina Sidonia , I could never have imagined the life that would unfold here. What began as a single restoration project soon became a lifelong passion for this extraordinary place in Andalusia.

Casa de Medina was the very first house I restored — a historic townhouse I poured my heart into bringing back to life. It marked the beginning of a journey dedicated to preserving the character of old homes while transforming them into warm and welcoming spaces. A few years later, La Vista de Medina followed, and in 2017, together with my husband, we lovingly restored Casa La Muralla , a unique boutique house built into the ancient town walls.

Over the years, I have devoted myself to restoring historic properties in Medina Sidonia , carefully uncovering their stories and reimagining them as comfortable, characterful homes. It is work I truly love. Alongside welcoming guests, I also run a home renovation business, helping others transform their own properties into beautiful homes in this special region.

In 2025, La Vista Medina Stays was born from a simple idea: to bring all of these homes together under one vision. While each property has its own personality, they all share the same essence — a boutique stay in Medina Sidonia where thoughtful details, comfort and genuine hospitality come together.
